Popis kurzu

Štandardne je možné sa registrovať na on-line skúšku vrámci Prometric testovacieho centra v ľubovolnom termíne (skúška je v anglickom jazyku). Pokiaľ máte záujem o písomnú skúšku v českom jazyku,

môžete využiť špeciálne termíny 27.5. a 8.9. o 10.00 hod. Pre registráciu použite registračný formulár pre skúšku. Do poznámky uveďte: "V prípade záujmu skupiny (min. 4) je možné vypísať aj špeciálny termín."

Školení vedená v anglickém jazyce podléhají 20% příplatku k uvedené ceně. / Courses held in English have 20% extra fee to the above price.

This course introduces the fundamentals of IT Service Management (ITSM) based on Version 3 of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). It describes the key concepts, processes, functions and roles of the ITIL service lifecycle. The course is made up of lectures and the exciting, hands-on HP Race to Results Service Management Simulation, which provides an interactive learning experience. This results in good awareness and comprehension of the main aspects of ITIL. The course prepares attendees for the ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate examination.

You could obtain 22,5 PDU (Professional Development Units) after you have attained this course.

Stejnou látku obsahuje také školení HF421S, které je o den kratší a neobsahuje simulační hru. Varianta školení HF421X je nicméně doporučná, vzhledem k tomu, že pomáhá účastníkům formou hry lépe pochopit probíranou teorii.
