Obsahem tohoto školení jsou úskalí zaznamenaná v četných případech při praktické implementaci teorie ITIL. Vychází z rozsáhlých zkušeností odborníků ITSM, kteří implementovali proces, nástroje a školící programy v oblasti řízení služeb (SM) jak v soukromém, tak veřejném sektoru.
